Choose a pair
The coin and network you send and the coin and network you receive. The app shows a preliminary estimate, the minimum and the maximum.
Enter addresses
The receiving address and a refund address. The address is checked for format and checksum, and the app tells you when a memo/tag is needed.
Send the funds
To the address issued for your exchange, strictly in the selected network.
Follow the status
The bot messages you on important status changes, and all your exchanges are in "My exchanges".
We do not hold your funds
You send funds to the address issued for your exchange and receive the result at your own address.
Floating rate
The final amount depends on the rate at the time your exchange is processed and may differ from the preliminary estimate.
Minimum data
Data of a completed exchange is deleted 90 days after completion.
- The sending network matches the network in the exchange. Funds sent via the wrong network may be impossible to recover.
- The deposit address and, if required, the memo/tag are exact.
- Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
- Identity verification may be required: it is mandatory for users from some countries, and for unusual transactions or as the law requires.
Do I need to register?
No. The app works inside Telegram and does not ask for a name, email or documents.
How does the exchange work?
You choose a pair and place an exchange in Changezilla. The exchange is processed through a cryptocurrency exchange service under its rules.
Can I exchange right in the browser?
The browser shows estimates. To place an exchange, open the app in Telegram.
Is identity verification required?
Not by default. It may be requested if a transaction looks unusual, in cases of fraud reports or as the law requires. It is mandatory for users from some countries. The exchange may be put on hold during the check.
How long do I have to send the funds?
With a floating rate there is no deadline for the deposit: the exchange starts once your transfer arrives and gets network confirmations. Send funds only to the address from your exchange.
What should I know about the network and memo/tag?
Send only the coin and only in the network shown in the exchange. A transfer in another network or without a required memo/tag may not arrive, and the funds may be impossible to recover. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
Who pays the network fee for my transfer?
The network fee for your own transfer to the exchange address is charged by your wallet or exchange and is not included in the estimate. Your wallet may add it on top or take it from the amount: check how much will reach the exchange address.
What if there is a problem with my exchange?
Contact support and include the exchange number.
