Terms of Use

General

• Changezilla (the "Service") is an interface for calculating, placing and tracking cryptocurrency exchanges without registration. The Service works as a Telegram app (@Changezilla_bot) and on the website changezilla.online.
• By using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the Service for illegal purposes and comply with the laws of your country.

Exchange

• The Service calculates the exchange, passes your order to an external cryptocurrency exchange service for processing and shows its status. The exchange is performed by that service at its own rates and under its own rules.
• The Service does not hold user funds: you send funds to the deposit address issued for your exchange and receive the result to the address you provided.
• The estimate is preliminary. The rate is floating: the final amount is set at the time of the exchange and may differ from the estimate.

Exchanges on the website

• An exchange on the website needs no registration and no Telegram. Access to it is given by a secret link, which is also saved in this browser.
• Keep the link yourself and do not share it: anyone who has it can see the exchange. Without the link and this browser the exchange cannot be opened on the website — support can help by the exchange number.

Identity verification (KYC/AML)

• Identity verification is not required by default. For users from certain countries the exchange service may require it.
• The exchange service may request identity verification and documents (for example, proof of funds) if a transaction looks unusual or suspicious, in cases of fraud or stolen-funds reports, or to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• The exchange service may put the exchange on hold during the check. The verification link is valid for 3 days; after that the case is reviewed individually. Refusing verification may limit access to the exchange.
• We do not accept funds related to fraud, hacks, extortion or other illegal activity.

Your responsibility for the network and address

You are solely responsible for the details you provide: the coin or token, the network (e.g. TRON, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain), the recipient address, memo/tag and the refund address. Before sending, check the deposit address and make sure the sending network matches the network in the exchange. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: funds sent via the wrong network, to an incompatible address or without a required memo/tag may be impossible to recover. The Service does not compensate such losses.

Limitation of liability

• The Service is not liable for losses caused by exchange-rate fluctuations or blockchain network delays.
• The Service may suspend or stop operating at any time without prior notice.
