How to send crypto from an exchange account to your Changezilla exchange
Withdrawing from an exchange account: choose the network, account for the withdrawal fee, add the memo/tag and make sure the amount that arrives is not below the minimum.
Many people pay for their exchange from an account on a crypto exchange. The withdrawal form of an exchange account has a few fields that are easy to get wrong.
Step by step
- Coin. Choose exactly the coin from your Changezilla exchange.
- Network. Choose the network shown in your exchange (for example, TRON for USDT TRC20). Exchanges often offer several networks for the same coin.
- Address. Paste the deposit address of your exchange completely. Compare the first and last characters.
- Memo/tag. If your exchange shows a memo/tag for the deposit, enter it in the matching field of the withdrawal form.
- Amount. Check how much will actually arrive after the withdrawal fee.
Withdrawal fee and minimum amount
An exchange account charges its own withdrawal fee. Depending on the exchange, it is taken from the amount or added on top. Make sure that the amount that arrives at the deposit address is not below the minimum for your pair.
Delays on the exchange side
- An exchange may ask for two-factor confirmation or an email confirmation of the withdrawal.
- Some exchanges require adding a new address to a list of trusted addresses and may delay the first withdrawal to it.
- With a floating rate there is no deadline for the deposit: the exchange starts once your transfer arrives and gets network confirmations.
Send only the coin and only on the network shown in your exchange. A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed.

Custodial and own wallet
On a custodial wallet or exchange account the service holds the keys and processes withdrawals. In your own (non-custodial) wallet only you hold the keys. Changezilla does not hold your funds: you receive the result at your own address.
Memo / tag
An extra identifier of a transfer used on networks such as TON, XRP Ledger, Stellar and Cosmos. Exchanges use it to credit deposits to the right account. If your exchange shows a memo/tag, the transfer must include it.
Minimum amount
The smallest amount accepted for a particular exchange direction. The calculator shows it before you create an exchange; it can change over time.
