How to check the status of a crypto transaction
Where to find the transaction hash, how to use a blockchain explorer and how to read the status of your exchange.
The status of your exchange
On the website, the exchange page updates by itself while it is open — save the exchange link to come back later. In Telegram, the bot messages you about important status changes, and all your exchanges are in “My exchanges”.
The transaction in the blockchain
- In your wallet, open the outgoing transfer and copy its hash (also called TxID or transaction ID).
- Open a public explorer for the network you used (for example, a Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON or TON explorer).
- Paste the hash into the search field. The explorer shows whether the transaction is in a block, the number of confirmations, the address and the amount.
When to contact support
- The explorer shows the transfer as confirmed, but the exchange status has not changed for a long time.
- You sent a different amount, a different coin or used a different network than in the exchange.
- You forgot the memo/tag.
Write to support and include the exchange number and the transaction hash.

Transaction hash (TxID)
A unique identifier of a transaction. With it you can find the transfer in a blockchain explorer, and support can check it.
Blockchain explorer
A public website that shows transactions, addresses and blocks of a network. Each network has its own explorers.
Confirmation
Each new block added on top of the block with your transaction. Services wait for a certain number of confirmations before treating a deposit as received.
